About Us

As new comers to the Waikato area since arriving in October 2016, we absolutely love living in Cambridge. We are thoroughly enjoying our life living on a semi-rural section yet only 7 minutes’ drive from the centre of Cambridge town. We aim to provide our guests with a peaceful and tranquil sanctuary to help them recharge their batteries after a busy day of activity – whatever they have been doing. No wonder we named our bed and breakfast venture “Applecross Sanctuary”. The Gaelic meaning of Applecross is precisely that - a sanctuary!  

Though you might rest a while here with us, you will be amazed by the diversity of activities in Cambridge and the wider Waikato area.
